What an upholstery clean sorts out
- Grubby arms and seat fronts
- The pre-spray loosens the grime that builds up where hands and legs rest, and extraction rinses it out of the fabric.
- Spills, spots and stains
- Each spot and stain is treated before the main clean. I'll let you know before I start if there might be limitations.
- Dull, tired colour
- Once the dirt is rinsed out, the fabric's own colour shows again.
- Odours in the cushions
- A deodoriser is included with every clean, and specialist odour treatment is there for anything stubborn.

I look it over with you
We check the fabric together and I talk you through what should come out and what might not, before I start.

Stains treated, pre-spray matched
Spots and stains get their own treatment. Then a pre-spray chosen for your fabric is worked in and left a short while to loosen the dirt.

3Rinsed and extracted
Hot water extraction rinses the fabric and pulls the loosened dirt back out. Strong vacuum motors leave it as dry as possible.

4A protector, if you'd like one
Applied last, to help guard against new spills. There are offers on carpet and upholstery protectors, so ask when I quote.

Will the price change when you arrive?
No. The price I quote is the price you pay. I won't turn up and offer a different, more expensive method instead.
Will the clean suit my fabric?
I check the fabric and match the pre-spray to it. If there might be limitations on what I can get out, I'll let you know before I start.
Is stain treatment extra?
Basic stain treatment and a deodoriser are included with every upholstery clean. Some stains, such as pet or human accidents and makeup, need specialist treatment at an extra charge. I'll talk that through with you before I start work.
What products do you use?
I can give you the data sheets for every product I use. Just ask.
How long does it take to dry?
It varies with the fabric. Both my machines have strong vacuum motors, so I leave it as dry as possible.
Are you insured?
Yes. I'm fully insured, including treatment risks.
