Who looks after your details

This website belongs to my business, Jones of Church Eaton: Paul Jones, 5 St. Editha's Court, Church Eaton, Stafford ST20 0AT. I am responsible for the details you send me through this website.

What the enquiry form collects

Your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your town or postcode, what you need help with, how you would like me to get in touch, and anything you write about the cleaning. The form also notes the date and time it was sent.

If you use the quote planner, the rooms and furniture you pick are added to your message so you can check them before you send.

Why I use them

To reply to you, give you a quote, arrange a visit if one is needed and carry out any cleaning you book. I use them because you asked me to get in touch, and because replying to your enquiry is a normal part of running my business.

I do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Who sees them

Me. The form sends your enquiry to me by email through the company that hosts this website, and a copy may be kept in a log on the web server so an enquiry is not lost if an email goes astray. That log is closed to the public.

Cookies and tracking

If you say yes on the cookie bar, this website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read and how they found the site. Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with _ga, kept for up to two years. It tells me about visits in general, not who you are, and Google handles the data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. If you say no, or ignore the bar, Google Analytics is not loaded and no cookies are set.

You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered in your browser so the bar does not keep asking.

There are no advertising trackers. The link to my Facebook page takes you to Facebook, and the WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. Photos and messages you send me on WhatsApp are used only to quote for and plan your clean.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Call me on 0751 803 6159 or send a message through the contact page.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
