What a proper clean fixes
- Traffic lanes where everyone walks
- Hot water extraction rinses the trodden-in grit out of the pile, so the lane blends back into the rest of the carpet.
- Spills, spots and stains
- Each spot and stain gets its own treatment before the main clean. I'll let you know before I start if there might be limitations.
- Flat, tired pile
- A pre-spray worked into the pile loosens the dirt that weighs it down, and the wand lifts it back out.

- A deodoriser comes with every clean, and specialist odour treatment is there for anything stubborn.

Matched to the fibre, agitated in, left to work for a few minutes.

Hot water extraction rinses the pile and pulls the dirt and water out.
Drying time depends on the carpet, but my machines' powerful vacuum motors leave it as dry as possible.

Applied at the end of the clean to help guard against new spots and stains. Ask about current offers.
Will the price change when you arrive?
No. The price I quote is the price you pay. I won't turn up and offer a different, more expensive method instead.
Are you insured?
Yes. I'm fully insured, and the cover includes treatment risks, so your clean is worry free.
What products do you use in my home?
I can give you the data sheets for every carpet and upholstery cleaning product I use. Just ask.
Is stain treatment extra?
Basic stain treatment and a deodoriser are included with every clean. Some stains, such as pet or human accidents and makeup, need specialist treatment at an extra charge. I'll talk that through with you before I start work.
How long does drying take?
It depends on the type of carpet. Both my machines have strong vacuum motors, so I leave it as dry as possible.
